1.       Unmatched Teacher-to-Student Ratio: Experience industry-leading attention with a remarkable teacher-to-student ratio of 1:5-8, ensuring comprehensive and personalised care for every camper’s safety and well-being.

2.       Comprehensive Closed Loop Management: Our summer camp operates under fully closed loop management, with each session overseen by a dedicated team consisting of a head coach, medical staff, security guard, and team coach/teacher, guaranteeing a secure and supportive environment for all participants.

3.       Rigorous Pre-Camp Safety Checks: Prior to campers' arrival, our expert teams conduct thorough safety inspections of fire protection systems, power systems, and all living facilities at the training base, ensuring operational efficiency and eliminating any fire safety hazards.

4.       Continuous 24-Hour Security: Our summer camp base maintains round-the-clock security to prevent unauthorised access and ensure campers remain within the premises, safeguarding against potential risks and ensuring the utmost safety at all times.

5.       Diligent Supervision During Rest Hours: While campers sleep or rest in the hotel, dedicated staff and security guards rotate duty shifts to provide vigilant oversight, prioritising camper safety.

6.       Weather Monitoring and Daily Health Checks: Throughout the summer camp, our team remains vigilant of weather fluctuations and conducts daily health assessments of campers, ensuring proactive measures are taken to mitigate any potential risks and maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

 

Service Standards

1.       Catering Excellence: Indulge in a diverse culinary experience at the Mission Hills Resort's restaurant, offering Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines to satisfy every palate (Drone Camp participants will have their dinner at Guanlan Camp 1, while Special Ops Forces camp participants will enjoy their meals at the camp canteen). We ensure all food provided meets stringent safety and nutritional standards.

2.       Luxurious Accommodations: Featuring fully closed management and separate accommodations for male and female campers, 5Qs Youth Leadership Camp / Pioneer Research Camp / Skiing Camp / Tennis Camp / Drones Camp participants will stay in the deluxe rooms of Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen; while Junior Leadership Camp / STEM Camp / Special Ops Forces Camp participants will stay in the deluxe mountain view rooms of Mission Hills Resort Dongguan.

3.       Accommodation: Conclude each camp with a special student closing ceremony parent-child dinner (1 adult and 1 child), while family participants in 5Qs Youth Leadership Camp and Junior Leadership Camp will stay 1 night in the hotel on Friday (enjoy up to two complimentary breakfasts and a shared room for one family with no additional fees charged unless extra beds arfe needed; dinner and breakfast the next day must be paid on site).

4.       Transportation: Experience hassle-free transportation with shuttle bus and luxury bus services provided by Mission Hills Resort for internal camp activities, ensuring seamless logistics throughout the summer camp.

5.       Medical Support: Rest assured with professional medical staff on hand to provide comprehensive medical follow-up services. In case of emergencies, assistance is readily available at the nearest hospital.

6.       Fee Structure: The camp fee covers all essential expenses, including attraction fees, training fees, catering fees, insurance fees, accommodation fees, venue fees, and project fees, ensuring convenience for participants.

 

Points to Note

1.         Participants of the 5Qs Youth Leadership Camp / Junior Leadership Camp / STEM Camp / Pioneer Research Camp / Skiing Camp will receive the following items: 2 camp uniforms, 1 hat, and 1 high-end water bottle; Special Ops Forces Camp participants will receive: 2 sets of camp uniforms, 1 hat; Drone Camp participants will receive: 1 camp uniform, 1 pencil case, 1 hat

2.         Campers are advised to bring essential clothing items for the duration of the camp, including outer pants, underwear, socks, and sneakers, along with a backpack, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. Tennis camp attendees should also pack 1-2 quick-drying tops, while students of the Special Ops Forces and Drones camps are encouraged to bring their own water bottles for hydration.

3.         A camp notice will be issued seven days before the camp begins, prompting parents to ensure their children's luggage is prepared in advance for a smooth start to the camp experience.

4.         Feel free to bring along favourite or special items to enhance the camp experience.

5.         Carefully fill out the registration form, ensuring all details are accurate. Should there be any changes to your contact information, please promptly notify camp staff.

6.         For security reasons, campers are advised against bringing cash (in moderation only), gold and silver jewelry, or other valuables to the camp.

7.         To maintain a safe and focused environment, the following items are strictly prohibited: game consoles, laptops, mobile phones, knives, and any other potentially disruptive or dangerous items.

8.         Camp enrollment is based on age criteria and minimum participant numbers. The 5Qs Youth Leadership Camp, Junior Leadership Camp, and Skiing Camp each require a minimum of 20 participants, while the Special Ops Forces Summer Camp requires a minimum of 12 participants. The STEM Camp, Pioneer Research Camp, and Drone Camp each require a minimum of 10 participants, while the Tennis Camp requires a minimum of 6 participants.
