How to know you’ve purchased successful?
If you receive a confirmation email and four digital code of order numbe (e.g ORDER #1021), you have successfully ordered and our reservation staff will follow up with the order soon.
What information is needed when checking in the hotel?
When checking-in, our staff requires you to provide your order number (e.g. ORDER#1021), name, and contact number.
How to get to Mission Hills Resorts (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Haikou)?

How long should I make the reservation on e-Shop in advance?
We suggest the customer could make the reservation one week ahead. In case of the peak travel period during Hong Kong holidays and China holidays, please do book in advance to get your reservation.
